We achieve this mission through carefully planned urban events that bring the spirit of the past to life,
educating the public about cultural specifics and offering a unique and entertaining experience which contributes to people’s need for moderate activities to raise the level of urban culture.
Our interactive program connects creatives and the wider public, with a vision to uncover the stories hidden behind neglected cultural potential through urban events. We achieve this mission by presenting information from the monograph Werk, by Mr. Radojica Pavićević, which summarizes all Austro-Hungarian traces of their existence during the 19th century.
We have identified several historical potentials from that period that are completely neglected and overshadowed, and our main mission is their revitalisation and promotion to a wider auditorium.
We not only preserve precious historical heritage but also create new, unforgettable experiences, strengthen the local community, and promote a responsible attitude towards cultural heritage through activities aimed at raising the level of urban culture.

OUR GOALS
Our central goal is to ensure accessibility to cultural specifics, with an emphasis on preserving and enhancing the Austro-Hungarian traces of existence on the Montenegrin coast during the 19th century.
Inspiritus is created with a vision of raising awareness of their importance,
with a strategic plan to improve their accessibility to the public.
We are pleased to contribute to the promotion of cultural potential by organizing urban events in unique, historically significant locations, with a vision of preserving Mediterranean heritage and contributing to the public’s engagement in activities aimed at raising the level of urban culture.
We are inspired to organize urban events with a rich program of educational, recreational, and artistic content, including musical performances, with a vision of enriching the urban cultural scene. We aim to improve the mental health and social life of citizens through a positive impact on the quality of life by organizing these events, and contribute to the urban program with the main goal of promoting cultural specifics.
Together, we uncover the stories of Austro-Hungarian traces of the past.
With the aim of improving the promotion and accessibility of the cultural and historical heritage of the Municipality of Tivat and other Austro-Hungarian traces in Montenegro, the events will strive to educate the public about historical traces, namely the Mediterranean heritage, and promote cultural potential.

PROBLEM IDENTIFICATION
Within Montenegro’s coastal cultural heritage, 19th-century Austro-Hungarian fortresses have been identified as being of exceptional importance for preserving Mediterranean heritage. Due to their neglected state and inaccessibility to the wider population, their untapped cultural potential represents a priority for protection and enhancement.
MISSIONS
The mission of the non-governmental organization is to preserve and promote Austro-Hungarian fortresses on the Montenegrin coast through the organization of interactive and educational urban events, enriching the cultural life of the local community and contributing to improved quality of life for citizens.
Montenegro’s 19th-century Austro-Hungarian fortresses are a precious cultural treasure. Their monumental architecture and rich history inspire our work; we aim to elevate these unique landmarks to become major tourist attractions. Strategically positioned along the coast with breathtaking Adriatic views, these fortresses played a vital role in maritime defense and control. Our mission is to enhance and promote their significance through a unique program.
Many of these historic fortresses are currently abandoned and decaying, threatening their long-term survival. Our organization is taking active steps towards their revitalization, focusing both on their physical preservation and on restoring their cultural and historical significance by promoting their potential.
Our mission encompasses several interconnected aspects, with a vision of transforming these fortresses into vibrant centers for urban cultural events that simultaneously preserve cultural heritage and foster local community development.
